He is the artist that cast a face in blood. This sculpture was placed into a refrigerated case. Once the electricity was cut off the sculpture was found ruined the next day. I think this is absolutely disgusting but I have to say I respect his ability to do something completely out of the ordinary. This first portrait was created in 1990 and then again in 1995. I am not sure if he has stuck to his word but he said he planned on creating one every five years.
